Desde que entras por la puerta \u2014hay que llamar, como si fueras a su casa\u2014 hasta que sales, horas despu\u00e9s. Un local acogedor, con buena m\u00fasica de fondo elegida por el chef, y en una espacio decorado con arte de buenos amigos, colgado en sus paredes. Porque el lema de Joaqu\u00edn es que su restaurante no est\u00e9 lleno y &#8220;pueda cocinar cada d\u00eda para 30 amigos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Tal y como cuenta en la secci\u00f3n gastro de A Vivir Comunitat Valenciana, su restaurante abri\u00f3 las puertas un 13 de noviembre de 1993 y hay otra fecha prevista para cerrar, el 27 de febrero de 2026. Como explica en A Vivir Comunitat Valenciana, &#8220;despu\u00e9s de cada final hay un nuevo comienzo&#8221;. En esa fecha, el d\u00eda de su cumplea\u00f1os, Schmidt cerrar\u00e1 su restaurante despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os cuidando y sorprendiendo a sus comensales. Compartiendo filosof\u00eda, arte y m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n<p>El chef lo hace todo: cocina, atiende en sala y te da conversaci\u00f3n, si la quieres.
